Cameron Graber, J.D., LL.M.–Tax
Attorney
Cameron is a partner at Graber Allen PLLC. He is licensed to practice in Texas and New Mexico. He is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. His practice focuses on estate planning, asset-protection planning, and charitable planning for high-net worth individuals and families. He has implemented sophisticated estate planning and asset-protection planning techniques for clients, including family limited partnerships, intentionally defective grantor trusts, beneficiary defective inheritor’s trusts, charitable remainder trusts, and charitable lead trusts.
Cameron earned his juris doctor degree from the University of Texas School of Law, and he earned his LL.M. degree in Taxation from the Southern Methodist University School of Law.
Cameron has been selected to the 2025 Texas Super Lawyers list by Thomson Reuters.
Cameron is a member of the Board of Managers of Wilson Hill Academy; he has volunteered as a mentor to first year law students as a part of the Texas Law Mentoring Program and as a mentor to young attorneys as a part of the Estate Planning and Probate Section of the Austin Bar Association.
Cameron has been married to his wife, Julie, for nearly 30 years. He has two adult daughters. He and his family are members of Redeemer Presbyterian Church in Austin.
Stephanie D. Allen, J.D., LL.M.–Tax
Attorney
Stephanie is a partner at Graber Allen PLLC and an estate planning attorney committed to helping clients structure their legacies with care and intention. She is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has experience in estate planning, asset protection, special needs trusts, probate, trust administration, business and charitable entities, and elder law.
In 2015, she transitioned into wealth management, serving as a trust officer and wealth advisor, which deepened her understanding of how estate plans impact beneficiaries and family relationships. She returned to private practice in 2022, bringing a broad perspective to her legal work.
Stephanie earned her Juris Doctor from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Alabama. She has served as chair of the board of the Estate Planning and Probate Section of the Austin Bar Association and as a board member of the Travis County Women Lawyers Association. Her volunteer work includes serving on the board of AGE of Central Texas, the audit and finance committee of Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma, and within her church.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, creative pursuits, and game nights with family and friends. Most of all, she loves spending time with her husband, their young daughter, and their two dogs.
